Digital assistants doing the work nobody wants to do
We believe technology should not only support but also accelerate innovation. That is why we build custom AI agents that take repetitive tasks off people's hands and make processes smarter. Combining machine learning, language models and integrations with existing systems, we build digital assistants that adapt and keep getting better.
Find out what an agent could deliverWhat we do
- 01
Process first, model second
We start with the task that costs money or time, not with the model. The technology is chosen once it is clear what has to improve.
- 02
Connected to your systems
An agent that cannot see or do anything is a chatbot. Our agents read from and write to the systems you already use.
- 03
With a human in the loop
At first an employee confirms every action. Autonomy is a destination, not a starting point.
- 04
Kept in production
Model behaviour, cost and quality are monitored. An agent that quietly gets worse is worse than no agent.
More time for people
AI agents do not just take over repetitive tasks, they also make room for human contact and creativity. Automating processes lets organisations focus on what really matters: strategic choices and valuable relationships.
Who it is for
Organisations with a process that takes a lot of manual work and whose rules can be written down.
Brockmeyer: smart job-ad publishing
For staffing agency Brockmeyer we built an AI agent that lifts the recruitment process to a higher level. This digital assistant edits job advertisements automatically, improves the content and keeps the tone of voice and brand style consistent. The agent then publishes the vacancies on the right job platforms and analyses the response.
As a result Brockmeyer reaches candidates faster and more precisely, while recruiters focus on personal conversations.
Famelab: automated lead generation
Our AI agent for Famelab automates the entire lead generation process. Based on preset criteria the agent continuously finds and selects new leads, assesses their relevance and scores them on likelihood. Personal invitations go out via LinkedIn, and the most promising contacts automatically receive a meeting proposal. The agent books those meetings straight into the calendar.
The result is a streamlined sales funnel without manual work.
When an agent is not the answer
Not every process deserves an agent. If it is an action that happens twice a month, or the rules are written down nowhere and differ per employee, automating it mostly produces maintenance. We would rather say that up front than halfway through.
