Delete your account and data

Second Company B.V. is the developer of the Social Agent App. Use this form to request deletion of your account and the data that belongs to it.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form below with your name and the email address you use to sign in to the Social Agent App.
  2. Confirm that you want the deletion to be permanent.
  3. You get a confirmation by email at that same address within five working days, so we know the request came from the account holder.
  4. Within thirty days of that confirmation your account is deleted and we let you know.

Prefer to do it in the app?

You can also delete your account inside the Social Agent App under Settings › Account › Delete account. The result is the same as a request through this form.
